- Careers and Courses. Talk about the options and course areas with our admissions and section staff around the site. Exhibit by our new partners, Andover College.
- The 400-acre farm with sheep shearing, cow milking, & pig unit
- Wildlife walks around the Deer Park
- Horticultural section, with plant sales, tropical house, landscaping demonstrations and a view of the famous BBC Radio 4 “Gardeners’ Question Time” garden and the infamous Potting Shed.
- Engineering - Big machines, tractors, quad bikes & automotive workshops, radio-controlled quad course and ornamental metalwork, Ford Rally ‘Ka’ maintained by our students.
- Woodland crafts, saw mill, chainsaw work, tree and pole climbing
- Animal Management Centre: The veterinary nursing practice and expanded exotic animal building. Also, the animal enclosures, Grooming Centre & Kennels. Over 500 animals from 100 species including: Spiders, reptiles, exotic pheasants, mara, llamas & wallabies, Kiki - our Red Panda, dog agility demonstrations
- Equine Centre: Indoor riding arena, jumping in the outdoor arena
- National Aquatics Training Centre: Amazing fish of all kinds. Nearby, the tranquil fishing lake.
- Gamekeeping section with rearing area and countryside care
- Sports studies activities in the farm area and in the sports centre. Exciting wall climbs and fitness testing.
Refreshments
At various points around the site, including bar and children’s play area in the Village Fete area. This year, we are delighted to welcome local producers from Hampshire Fare who are providing a number of refreshment stop-off points.
Free Parking
Please park as directed. When leaving the site, there can be queues to access the main road. Please drive with consideration and patience, be guided by members of the Hampshire Constabulary and approach the road in the right frame of mind for a safe journey home. Thank you.
Coaches
Groups planning to travel by coach should order a coach pass in advance please. Contact the Marketing Office: 01962 797215.
Disabled visitors
Special parking areas and facilities are available; please state requirement at approach to Public Car Park entrance. Minibus service.
Disabled / wheelchair visitors should note that the site is expansive and many parts are sloping. Whilst much can be easily accessed from paved road and pathways, some attractions may only be reached across grassed areas. For reasons of pedestrian safety, it is not possible to permit those with movement impairment to drive around the site.
Tickets
Tickets will be available on the gate and prices are:
- Family tickets (two adults and two school age children) - £18.00
- Adults - £7.00 per person
- OAPs - £6.00 per person
- School age children - £4.00 per person
