Woodland Management, Arboriculture and Countryside Skills Facilities

All courses in Woodland Management and Arboriculture have access to a wide range of facilities, both on and off campus, including engineering workshops, chainsaw workshops, a timber processing area, tractor driving training areas, computer suites and research laboratories.

Off campus, extensive use is made of local forests, woodlands and arboreta for work sites and practical field trips.

In addition to full time courses, a range of short courses is available, from chainsaw use to chemical application.
