Taking this course will help you to understand why we are all reluctant to make prospecting calls to develop and grow our business.

There will be practical techniques you will learn that will prevent you sounding like a sales person. The number one reason most sales call fail is because they sound like a traditional sales call. You will learn how to get past gate keepers, how to create genuine rapport and bonding in the first 3 seconds. How to pitch your product or service without mentioning it, how to overcome stalls and objections and finally how to get them to invite you in.

You will develop the techniques, which will dictate behaviour which will lead to the confidence to make effective prospecting calls. Be prepared to have a bit of fun and laugh, but also to be challenged and made to operate outside your comfort zone.
