What will I learn?
Self-awareness has been cited as the most important capability for leaders to develop. Successful leaders know where their natural preferences lie and use this knowledge to enhance leading their teams.
This one-day workshop will explore emotionally intelligent leadership and give participants the opportunity to assess their own leadership through the use of a Myers Briggs Type Instrument (MBTI). This in-depth assessment will explore participants communication, leadership and decision-making preferences allowing them to consider how they relate to others and visa versa. Providing valuable insights to enable further personal and professional development.
Learning Outcomes – By the end of the workshop:
Participants will have an understanding of how their preferences impact on others and how this enhanced level of self-awareness relates to emotionally intelligent leadership.
Participants will recognise their own preferred decision-making, communication and leadership approaches and consider what this means for them and any actions they may need to take to develop.
