Aims and Objectives
Employment law is constantly changing and it is essential for anyone involved in managing staff to keep up to date on changes in employment legislation, employment good practice and case law.
This introductory course will benefit both new and experienced managers within an organisation who are involved in managing employees. It is suitable for Park Managers; Park Owners; Line Managers; Supervisors and Team Leaders. Newly appointed HR administrators and officers will also benefit from attending the course.
This course will give you a good foundation in the essentials of Employment Law and having that knowledge will be a valuable tool and give you greater confidence when navigating employment law issues in the workplace.
Delegates will be able to use the knowledge gained on this course more effectively in a practical context by attending this course in conjunction with the HR training course afterwards which will consolidate the theory with the day to day practice of issues arising in the workplace through the employee life cycle.
