In the hospitality sector, staff are often the forefront of the business and first impressions are vital. It is therefore important that those working in hospitality are highly professional. Understanding how to communicate effectively, the importance of teamwork and the importance of maintaining food hygiene is essential for staff in these roles.

    Where will it lead me?

    Once you have completed your distance-learning course you will receive a certificate of completion. You will also have the option of enrolling onto another course if you wish to continue learning new skills.

    Entry Requirements

    Our Level 2 online learning courses are free to England residents* aged 24+ regardless of previous qualifications. Learners aged 19 to 23 are eligible for free courses if they have already achieved a full Level 2 qualification or equivalent. (Learners aged 19 to 23 who have not already achieved a full L2 qualification, may be subject to costs. Please contact the College for further clarification)

    *Due to funding restrictions we are unable to enrol anyone to this course who doesn’t live in England or who lives in the local authority areas of:

    Cambridge and Peterborough
    Greater London Authority
    Greater Manchester
    Liverpool City Region
    North of Tyne
    North of Tyne Combined Authority
    West of England
    West Midlands
    Sheffield City Region

    If you don’t live in England or live in any of the above local authority areas and wish to enrol on the course, please contact us for information on tuition fees.
