What will I learn?
Have you ever wanted to be able to create various cuts of saleable meat? Here is your opportunity! Our experienced butcher will guide and assist you with the butchering and necessary skills. Included within the course fee is approximately £25-£35 worth of the products that you have produced to take home with you.
We also offer bespoke courses for individuals or groups at dates and times to suit you, taking place at Sparsholt College’s specialist butchery preparation room or alternatively, at your premises.
