What will I learn?

During this half day training course, delegates will learn how to: –

  • identify potential feelings, attitudes and behaviours your staff may be experiencing
  • deal with negative emotions in a constructive way
  • analyse where your staff are on the ‘change performance curve’
  • explain how you can manage change effectively, dealing with the unexpected and overcoming barriers
  • understanding the importance of communication in the change process
  • recognise achievements and reward performance

    By the end of the course learners will be able to manage change effectively and minimise disruption to workflow whilst keeping staff engaged.

    It may be possible to modify content to meet individual needs after discussion with the trainer

    There are no formal entry requirements for this course but ideally delegates will have some team leading or management experience
