What will I learn?
This qualification is aimed at supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity. It gives junior managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency.

Learners who successfully complete the L3 certificate may progress on to the L3 Principles of Management and Leadership Certificate or Diploma
Entry Requirements
The CMI does not specify entry requirements for this course but learners will need to have a good standard of written English (at least level 2) in order to undertake the assignments.
Please Note
Due to funding restrictions this course is not available to existing full time Sparsholt College/Andover College students aged 16, 17 or 18 (or 19-24 with an EHCP) on the 31/8 in the year they started their course.
