The assessment covers primary and secondary butchery, poultry skills and sausage making.

Where will it lead me?

Level 3 qualification in butchery.
Level 2 is recognized by the Institute of Meat.

Entry Requirements

Need to be working in a butchery establishment on full or part time basis.

Free if unemployed. Low wage may apply. If aged 19-23 must have full L2 or above qual to be eligible
