What will I learn?

This practical day release course will teach you practical skills in order to become a professional butcher. Practical skills covered are the primary and secondary cuts of beef, pork and lamb. Poultry skills. Sausage and burger making. The opportunity to butcher game.

Where will it lead me?

This will lead you to gaining the practical skills required to work in a butchers shop. Progression to a level 3 qualification.
