What will I learn?
This seminar focuses on the role of recovery nutrition in supporting optimal athletic performance. The importance of hydration in training and performance will also be covered. Practical ideas to support the recovery process will be discussed, with consideration for the nutritional and situational challenges surrounding supporting athletes.
