What will I learn?
This qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers, who supervise or manage team
The course will cover the following units:
Unit 331 Approaches to Managing and Leading People and Teams (70 TUT)
Unit 330 Organisational Awareness for First Line Managers (80 TUT)
Learners will need to submit an assignment after each unit in order to gain the qualification.
Where will it lead me?
Learners who successfully complete the L3 certificate may progress on to the L3 in First Line Management and Leadership Diploma
Entry Requirements
The CMI does not specify entry requirements for this course but candidates will need to have a good standard of written English (at least level 2 English) to undertake the assignments. Learners may be invited to attend a Teams or telephone interview before being accepted on the course.
Entry Requirements Age
Applicants must be 19+ on 31/8 in the academic year of the course start date in order to apply/enrol on the course.
