We are excited to introduce our T Level range of courses into our wide variety of qualifications on offer at Sparsholt & Andover Campuses.
When you complete your T Level you will gain a nationally recognised certificate which shows your overall grade. You will also receive an overview of the work you have completed during your T Level as evidence to help with future employment.
Sparsholt College Group have undertaken a multi-million-pound investment across both Sparsholt and Andover campuses to support its delivery of our new T Level qualifications, and are continuing to expand and develop new buildings and equipment to ensure students have access to modern and in-date teaching and resources that meet with current and future industry standards.
T Levels are two-year courses which have been developed in collaboration with employers and providers to meet the needs of their industry and to prepare students for work. When taking a T Level qualification you will have the opportunity to see what a career is like in your chosen industry and gain experience that will look good on your CV or UCAS application and put you ahead of your peers.
T Levels also carry UCAS points, meaning that if you finish your qualification with a grade Distinction*, it is worth the same as 3 A levels at A*.
Including core content such as sustainability, business, communication, Health and Safety and finance that underpins knowledge and understanding of the wider Arboriculture and Forestry sector, your work placement throughout the two years will then enable you to put into practice your knowledge and understanding.

You will undertake core content such as Sustainability, Business, Communication, Health and Safety and Finance; all important theory that underpins knowledge and understanding of the wider. Following this, occupational specialism units will allow you to specialise in Animal Management & Science.
T Levels are the latest Level 3 vocational qualifications available to school leavers. The qualification is equivalent to 3 A Levels and offers students a balance of classroom theory, practical learning and an industry placement, to ensure that students gain hands-on experience. When taking a T Level qualification, you will spend 80% of your time in the classroom and the other 20% in an industry placement.

Successful competition of a T Level qualification will prepare a learner to enter the industry through employment or as an apprentice. It also gives learners the opportunity to progress to higher education courses and training.
