Level 3 introduces more complex accounting tasks such as preparing financial accounts and maintaining cost accounting records.

The AAT Accounting Qualification is a professional qualification which will start you on the path to a successful accounting and finance career.     Where will it lead me?

    After you’ve qualified with AAT, you can choose how to build on all the skills and knowledge you?’ve gained. The AAT will help develop your career as an accounting and finance professional.

    You can:

  • Become an AAT full member (and use the letters MAAT after your name)
  • Become a chartered accountant
  • Go to university (although the qualification in itself is a cost-effective alternative)
  • Start your own business and become self-employed
