Coaching and Mentoring CMI – Certificate – Level 3

What will I learn?

The Level 3 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring are designed for supervisors and first line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals, teams and achieve objectives. This CMI qualification is proof that an employee has the right skills and knowledge to provide coaching and mentoring opportunities for their staff, and will be able to deliver these in a professional and competent manner.

The programme will cover:

* Unit 3011V1 – Principles, skills and impact of coaching and mentoring

* Unit 3014V1 – Coaching and mentoring processes

This programme two days of face to face delivery. After each session of course delivery, learners will be required to complete a written assignment

Entry Requirements

The CMI do not specify any formal entry requirements for this course but learners will require a good standard of written English (at least a GCSE in English) and some experience of report writing to be able to complete the assignments.

Due to funding restrictions this course is not available to existing full time Sparsholt College/Andover College students aged 16, 17 or 18 (or 19-24 with an EHCP) on the 31/8 in the year they started/start their course.
