What will I learn?
Lean Management is a technique for managing which aims for zero waste and is therefore of maximum efficiency.
This qualification consists of three units
* Lean organisation techniques in business
* Business improvement tools and techniques
* Working in business teams
Government funding means that we are able to offer this course free of charge to eligible delegates. Learners will need to complete all units within 16 weeks.
Where will it lead me?
Once you have completed your distance-learning course you will receive a certificate of completion. You will also have the option of enrolling onto another course if you wish to continue learning new skills.
Entry Requirements Age
Applicants must be 19+ on 31/8 in the academic year of the course start date in order to apply/enrol on the course.
