What will I learn?

This course is based around our standard course content:

* identify potential feelings, attitudes and behaviours your staff may be experiencing
* deal with negative emotions in a constructive way
* analyse where your staff are on the ‘change performance curve’
* explain how you can manage change effectively, dealing with the unexpected and overcoming barriers
* understanding the importance of communication in the change process
* recognise achievements and reward performance
* by the end of the course learners will be able to manage change effectively and minimise disruption to workflow whilst keeping staff engaged.

However, our 1-1 courses are completely bespoke and can be built around the exact requirements of the learner. Learners will therefore be asked to tell us exactly what they would like to get from the course and the course content will be informed by that.

Please note that to gain maximum benefit from this course, learners need to be assured of confidentiality, except for when a safeguarding issue is identified. We will not, therefore be able to feed back to the employer. Instead, we would encourage learners to have a conversation with the employer after the course.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course.

Please Note

All fees quoted are correct at the time of print and may be subject to change. Due to funding restrictions this course is not available to existing full time Sparsholt College/Andover College students aged 16, 17 or 18 (or 19-24 with an EHCP) on the 31/8 in the year they started/start their course.
