What will I learn?

If you are new to managing people, this course will help you get it right from the start. It is suitable whether you manage one person, or lead a small team. This is for people moving into their first management position, or who have been managing people for a while without any formal training.

The course covers:

  • Motivating your staff to achieve
  • Working with your staff to set and meet objectives
  • Giving effective feedback
  • Planning your future development

    Entry Requirements Age

    Applicants must be 19+ on the start date of the course in order to apply/enrol on the course.

    Please Note

    All fees are correct at the current time and may be subject to change.

    Due to funding restrictions this course is not available to existing full time Sparsholt College/Andover College students aged 16, 17 or 18 (or 19-24 with an EHCP) on the 31/8 in the year they started/start their course.
