This course is suitable for managers and those who need to influence and persuade in a professional and business context.
This interactive course will help you to be more influential, communicate more effectively, and work towards a positive outcome in situations where there are differing perspectives.
Please note that although we cover negotiation skills and processes, this isn’t designed as a sales negotiation course.
