What will I learn?
PRINCE2® (Projects In Controlled Environments) is one of the world’s most widely adopted project management methodologies. Used across many industries and sectors, it provides a structured, scalable framework for delivering projects of any size and complexity.
PRINCE2® 7th edition integrates contemporary project management thinking – including agile delivery approaches, stakeholder engagement and organisational change – into a practical, principle-led framework. It equips project managers with a common language and repeatable approach that organisations trust.
PRINCE2® version 7 has been updated to be simpler, easier to use and more up to date in describing how agile can be used within project management. It introduces people aspects to project management, helping to improve the management of project stakeholders and understand organisational change.
