What will I learn?
PRINCE2® (Projects In Controlled Environments) is a globally recognised project management methodology. This course describes the methodology used to run a successful project. PRINCE2® is capable of managing projects in both the traditional “waterfall” and the newer “agile” method.
New for 2024, PRINCE2® version 7 has been updated to be simpler, easier to use and more up to date in describing how agile can be used within project management. It introduces people aspects to project management, helping to improve the management of project stakeholders and understand organisational change.
This 3 day course prepares participants to sit the exam at home within 12 months of the exam registration date.
The course has the following learning objectives:
The course will end by 2pm on the third day to allow delegates to leave and take the exam at home, or they can choose a later date within twelve months. In order to maximise exam outcome, there is an expectation that delegates will take the exam within two weeks of the course. Post course exam support will be provided for two weeks after the course for this purpose.
Delegates will be supplied with an e-book version of Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2®. If learners would like a hardcopy in addition to the e-book, they may purchase that themselves either online or from bookshops, ISBN 9925344506
