What will I learn?
The contents of the course can vary depend on the previous skills and needs of the participants of each session. Typically, topics covered might include how to use social marketing across multiple commercial platforms. how to communicate with your customers using written and visual blogs, how to create effective content, how to use advertising to promote your social media content and how to manage and evaluate your social media presence
Where will it lead me?
This course may lead to more specialised social media marketing training and courses in other aspects of Internet marketing.
Some experience in using social media marketing within a business would be beneficial. Familiarity with the concepts of social marketing and with experience in one or more social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc)
