Successful businesses both talk and listen to their customers and the use of social media (discussion forums, blogs, and commercial channels like Facebook) allow these conversations to extend over the Internet. This one-day course provides an insight into online social marketing for business users and delivers practical guidance on how to apply these tools as part of your marketing strategy.

Delegates will learn:

  • relevant social media channels and how to get benefit from them
  • Using social media to communicate and engage with customers – Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter.
  • Selecting suitable social media channels for your business
  • Developing a social media strategy
  • Using social media with your other marketing channels
  • The dos and don’ts of social networking

    Where will it lead me?
