What will I learn?
This course is based around our standard Time and Priority Management course but will be adapted to meet the exact requirements of the attendee. Issues can be discussed in confidence with the trainer and sensitive issues can be aired in a safe environment. The course may cover all of some of the following
* The benefits of good time management
* Time wasters and ways of overcoming them
* The difference between urgent and important
* Developing SMART objectives in order to meet goals
* Understanding how to develop and record a time log
* The different tools to help manage time more effectively
* How to delegate to colleagues more effectively
* What are the benefits for employers?
To receive maximum benefit from this training, except where a safeguarding issue is raised, learners must be assured of complete confidentiality. We will not therefore be able to provide feedback to the employer about individual’s performance during the training. We would encourage the learner and employer to have a conversation after the course if feedback is required.
