Understanding Data Protection and Data Security NCFE – Certificate – Level 2

What will I learn?

This qualification aims to develop learners’ understanding of data protection and data security – covering current data legislation, steps organisations might take to help protect data, how to protect their own data, how to protect ICT systems from common threats and the consequences of not protecting data and systems.

This is an on-line course.

Government funding means that we are able to offer this course free of charge to eligible delegates. Learners will need to complete all units within 16 weeks.

Where will it lead me?

Once you have completed your distance-learning course you will receive a certificate of completion. You will also have the option of enrolling onto another course if you wish to continue learning new skills.

Entry Requirements

There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 1 qualification.
