Using a Chainsaw from a Rope and Harness C&G – Certificate of Competence – Level 2

What will I learn?

Candidates will learn how to safely remove limbs from the tree canopy, from a rope and harness. This course includes the assessment

Entry Requirements

You must have completed Tree Climbing and Rescue/Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross cut/Fell and Process Small Trees to be able to take this course. This is a physically demanding course.

Entry Requirements Age

Applicants must be 19+ on 31/8 in the academic year of the course start date in order to apply/enrol on the course.

Further Information

All tools and safety equipment are provided free for the duration of the course.
