Olivia completed a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration at the Andover head office of Active Staff Ltd, an award winning independent employment agency.
An apprenticeship appealed because of the hands-on approach and learning on the job – “I was constantly learning both in and out of the classroom. Everything seemed relevant to my current and future role.”
The Active Staff team made it easy for Olivia to balance time at college and work and were very supportive of her learning.
She is now enjoying her role as Active Staff’s Transport and GLAA Consultant. “It’s so satisfying putting people into a role they really enjoy.”
Olivia would definitely recommend an apprenticeship, saying “there are so many transferable skills, you can just launch yourself straight into work!”
