At Sparsholt College Equine Centre, alongside our loans, livery and stabling options, we also purchase our own horses for students to get hands on with.

Elsa
DOB: 2014 Breed: Cob Height: 15hh Colour: Skewbald
Elsa loves her work! She works very sweetly on the flat and over jumps and does get excited! Her main love in life is food and relaxing with her mares in our field!
Dennis
DOB: 2013 Breed: Irish Colour: Black Height: 15hh
Dennis was purchased by the college in the summer of 2019. Dennis really enjoys getting involved in all disciplines at the equine centre. He is a sensitive soul with a fabulous heart!
Betty
DOB: 2012 Breed: ISH Height: 15.1hh Colour: Black
Betty has been there done that! She has enjoyed a huge range of ridden work such as dressage, jumping and cross country, working hard to look after her rider. She is just wonderful!
Nemo
DOB: 2006 Colour: Chestnut Height: 13.1 Breed: Welsh B
Our smallest yet cheekiest resident! Nemo loves attention and enjoys all sorts of ridden work. He may be small but that doesn’t stop him trying to do a runner when leading him!
