Felicity Dwyer has helped hundreds of managers achieve accredited qualifications. Her training delivery combines expertise, enthusiasm and encouragement, and she is passionate about the positive impact of good leadership and management on team dynamics and business performance.
With 15 years’ experience in facilitating and assessing management learning, Felicity’s background is in communications management and she is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Felicity holds CMI and NVQ qualifications in management, a CIPD qualification in Training Practice, and an Advanced Coaching Skills certificate (City University).
Fiona works as a management & qualifications trainer, since 1990 with experience of leisure, hospitality, retail, utilities, finance, education and the MOD. She has worked for numerous multi-site and multi-cultural organisations in the UK and Middle East. Her specialist topics are learning and development, leading and managing an organisation, coaching, mentoring n and organisational performance and development.
She is a Fellow of the CIPD. In the past, her programmes have been endorsed by the Institute for Leadership and Management and she is a qualified Assessor & IV with distinction grade for Masters in HRM and PGCE. To add to her HRM qualifications, she has just completed the Intermediate Diploma in L&D and has started the Advanced level.
Fiona uses a highly facilitative style, which ensures programmes are tailored to learners needs as they progress. Her sessions are fully interactive, with a substantial amount of problem solving and practical application of new skills, ensuring they can be used effectively in real life situations.
