Oliver Nash – Level 3 Equine Studies
I first joined Mildmay Farm and Stud after leaving Sparsholt. I spent three years here gaining experience in thoroughbred stud work and then moved on to specialise in thoroughbred yearling sales preparation and foaling. From here I applied for a position at The Royal Stud, progressing to Assistant Stud Groom for two years. After this I was offered the chance to manage Mildmay Farm and Stud where I started my training, becoming a Director in 2016.
My time at Sparsholt gave me a fantastic grounding in horse management, providing me with essential skills that I use daily at the stud and many industry connections that I remain in contact with.
