Dr. Gilly Howard-Jones RN, Centre Head for Maggie’s Cancer Support, Southampton will be at the Home from Home stand in the Discovery Zone to officially switch on the garden’s lighting for its Gothic-style stained-glass windows. A beautiful gesture that also symbolises the guiding light of care and support that Maggie’s Centres bring to all that visit them.

Gilly, who previously has worked as a cancer nurse specialist at University Hospital Southampton knows the importance of the charity which provides free emotional, and practical advice for people living with cancer together with their family and friends and looks forward to officially introducing the Home from Home garden created proudly in support by Sparsholt College.
