Animal Management alumni, Charlotte Blackmore is just one of many students who heard about Sparsholt through the long-standing, excellent reputation amongst college leavers and industry leaders alike. Charlotte said: “I had always been interested in working with animals. My cousin studied at Sparsholt and told me all about the amazing animal collection and the supportive lecturers there. One visit to the College confirmed this recommendation and when I arrived to start my studies a short while later, the course certainly did not disappoint!”

Charlotte continued on the value of her course, saying: “Sparsholt provided me with real industry experience through its Animal Management Centre. Such a wide range of animals inspires a passion for all species – not just the cute, fluffy ones!  As well as working with all the animals in the on-site facility, I also had the opportunity to complete work placements at Marwell Zoo and at the Costa Rica Animal Rescue Center through Sparsholt’s list of world-wide connections.”
