PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

At Sparsholt, we don’t just host wonderful corporate events, we also can host Christmas parties, Birthday celebrations, Christenings, and more!

In our fully licensed venue, we can offer a comprehensive drinks menu from our bar in the Hampshire Rural Business Centre (or corkage if preferred)!

Our flexible venue options give you the space to party in style and our onsite accommodation means your guests can rest their heads after the celebrations!

PUBLIC EVENTS, EXHIBITIONS, FAIRS

Sparsholt Conferences and Events is the perfect venue to host your next trade fair or exhibition! Our state-of-the-art Sports Centre boasts a sports hall that spans 38m X 22m (the size of four badminton courts). Giving you the space, you need for a great trade fair or exhibition.

Additionally, our purpose-built conference centre, the Hampshire Rural Business Centre, offers the flexibility of three inter joining large rooms and smaller syndicate rooms.

If you’re looking for the space to host a public event such as a car show or bike race, work with us to make the most of our spacious campus to ensure your event is a success.

EASTER AND SUMMER SCHOOLS

Over the Easter and Summer holidays, whilst Sparsholt students are enjoying their breaks, we host an array of events from one day residential courses to large conferences.

We have successfully coordinated international summer schools, drumming workshops and week-long science and technology courses proving we truly can host it all.

With on site accommodation, flexible indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, an extensive campus and fantastic catering facilities, we are the perfect host for Easter and Summer activities.

REFRESHMENTS AND CATERING

We offer a wide range of catering options which can be tailor made to suit your requirements, whether a simple tea and coffee morning or bespoke catered lunches, our catering team produces menus and culinary experiences that are on trend, nutritious, high quality and cost effective!
