Kickstart your career in public safety with our exciting Level 2 course. Whether you aspire to be a police officer, health worker firefighter, Military officer, or emergency responder, this comprehensive course equips you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to protect and serve. You’ll cover the practical and theoretical aspects of the Uniformed Protective Services and experience the opportunity to progress on to our different Level 3 courses, or directly on to employment, as well as enjoying all the industry standard facilities of our state-of-the-art Sports Centre.

What will I learn?

You will learn the underpinning knowledge of the different roles and work of the public services. This course boasts fantastic enrichment opportunities, with visits to local blue light and military services.

You will also experience physical preparation for entry requirements into the different public services as well as full access to the on-site gym to ensure your health, wellbeing and personal fitness is maintained.

Careers

This course provides a foundation for students to embark on meaningful careers that make a real difference in society. Many go on to serve in the Army, where they apply their skills in discipline, teamwork, and leadership in challenging environments. Others find fulfilling roles within the Police and Civil Nuclear Constabulary, contributing to national security and community safety through law enforcement and specialised protection duties. Additionally, some graduates pursue careers within the NHS, supporting vital healthcare services and emergency response teams.
