The College and University Centre has established minimum English language requirements for all international students for whom English is a second language.
Students with GCSE, iGCSE or International Baccalaureate in English Language at grade 4/C or above will normally have the required English language skills for entry onto courses at Sparsholt College and University Centre Sparsholt; otherwise, the following general requirements may apply:

English language requirements for student visa applications
If you require a student visa to study in the UK, then you must prove your knowledge of English language when you both apply for a CAS and for your visa. This means showing evidence that you have passed a Secure English Language Test (SELT) from an approved provider with a score of 5.5 or above in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
You are exempt from this requirement if you are a national of one of the countries listed below or have completed a qualification equivalent to a UK degree in:
