Sparsholt is one of the leading providers of courses for the land and environment in the UK, with a history spanning more than 100 years, offering undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, and a wide range of further education vocational courses.

University Centre Sparsholt welcomes applications from international students and has helped students from over 30 countries live and study here.
If you are not a UK or Irish national and do not have ‘settled status’, you may need a Student Visa to study in the UK. Sparsholt College holds a Tier 4 Sponsor Licence and can sponsor a small number of successful applicants who will be studying on a Level 3 Diploma or Degree.

Course Entry requirements
Our undergraduate FdSc and BSc courses require you have completed a course in a relevant subject, science or life science, that is equivalent to an International Baccalaureate with a minimum score of 24 points.
Our postgraduate MSc courses require you have completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, science or life science, that is equivalent to a lower second class degree (2.2) or above.

The campus is set in 176 hectares (437acres) of rolling chalk downland where the college main farm is livestock and arable farming but where total farming activities extend to a total area of 257 hectares (636 acres).
Sparsholt College has enviable facilities with its own fully functioning commercial farm and a nationally renowned Animal Management and Veterinary Centre, National Aquatics Training Centre, Equine Centre including Rider Performance Study and diverse natural habitats for research and scientific observation work in connection with conservation and wildlife management. We are also developing a range of sustainable energy technologies as part of an expanding new curriculum based around anaerobic digestion of crops and grasses, wood fuels and wind energy.
