What will I learn?
Delegates will learn how to
* produce more meaningful texts which are appropriate for the situation and responsive to others’ needs, values and expectations
* plan their documents (including idea generation; structure; layout (including formatting, images and charts) and using templates for reports, proposals and newsletters etc
* edit and proof read their writing. Case studies will be examined, best practice shared and tools identified to help with the process
