Coaching skills are part of a good manager’s toolkit as they help staff to both perform well and to learn and develop at work. This introductory course will help you understand the coaching approach, and to develop practical coaching skills.

    After attending this course, delegates may be interested in joining one of our CMI L3 Coaching and Mentoring courses so that they can gain a recognised qualification in the subject.

    Entry Requirements

    This is for people who manage or supervise staff on a day-to-day basis. It is also suitable for people who manage volunteers.

    Please Note

    Due to funding restrictions this course is not available to existing full time Sparsholt College/Andover College students aged 16, 17 or 18 (or 19-24 with an EHCP) on the 31/8 in the year they started their course.
