Our popular distance learning courses allow you to study for a recognised qualification that is of value to your work and personal development and is a great route to take if you are looking to further develop existing skills (provided you are resident in England). This qualification provides learners with the knowledge and understanding to successfully lead a team. Learners will know the principles of team leading, develop an understanding of business and develop the knowledge needed to support communication with various levels of stakeholders.

    Government funding means that we are able to offer this course free of charge to eligible delegates. Learners will need to complete all units within 16 weeks.

    Where will it lead me?

    Once you have completed your distance-learning course you will receive a certificate of completion. You will also have the option of enrolling onto another course if you wish to continue learning new skills.

    Entry Requirements

    There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 1 qualification.

    Applicants must be 19+ on 31/8 in the academic year of the course start date in order to apply/enrol on the course.
