GILBERT WHITE

Our Gilbert White Suite is our largest conference room and can be found in our purpose-built conference centre. This suite is able to hold up to 130 guests (depending on room layout) and has fully functioning AV system including: Projector, Screen, Laptop, Handheld Roving Mics, a loop system and A/C. We also have our Hybrid Video Conferencing system which will allow you to hold a video conference in our suite, with Mic pods that can be placed around the room meaning any guests that are at your conference can be heard by those viewing at home as if they were all in the same room.

COBBETT’S

Our Cobbett’s suite is a good sized conference room and can be found in our purpose built conference centre, the Hampshire Rural Business Centre. This suite is able to hold up to 80 guests (depending on room layout), with a lectern and AV system in place you will be able to host the perfect conference or meeting that your guests won’t forget.

DICKENS

The Dickens room is medium sized meeting room that can seat up to 24 attendees. With a Projector and screen linked up to a computer system this room is ideally set up to host your team meeting.

CHUTE BOARDROOM & TENNYSON

Chute Boardroom & Tennyson are smaller meeting rooms that can hold between 10 and 12 people, with a projector, screen and computer system you will be perfectly set in this room for your smaller team meetings.

TS09 – DOUBLE CLASSROOM

TS09 is a great room with the space to be able to run a workshop or host a spacious team meeting. A very spacious room that has hosted many different events and conferences from first aid training to Science and Tech camps, its adaptability means it is a perfect space for your meetings.

SYNDICATE ROOMS x4

Within our conference centre we also have 4 syndicate rooms that can be used alongside our Cobbett’s and Gilbert White Suites’. An intimate room that can host up to 5 people, it is great as an addition to our conference rooms or even individual smaller meetings.

NORMAN LECTURE THEATRE

Only available PM, weekends and vacations.

Our Norman Lecture Theatre is available for hire with availability to sit up to 100 people, so whether you need to do a video demonstration or presentation this is a great space for you. However, as we are part of Sparsholt College this room is only available to be booked in the evening, on weekends or during non-term time.

We have many classrooms on site that are also available for bookings in which we can host a wide variety of meetings. For more information and specifics please get in touch so we can find the best room to suit your needs! However, as we are part of Sparsholt College classrooms are only available to be booked in the evening, on weekends or during non-term time.
