Sparsholt and Andover College offers dozens of different programmes but if what you need is not listed here, we are able to implement a new programme tailored to your business.
There are two levels of apprenticeship: the Intermediate Apprenticeship at Level 2, craftsman level, or an Advanced Apprenticeship at Level 3, supervisory level, which may be suited to an employee who already has qualifications or life experience in the industry.

Our philosophy takes a 360 degree view of the programme; supporting the employer, mentoring the apprentice and delivering a quality learning programme.
We achieve this through assigning an Apprenticeship Liaison Officer to every apprentice who will be closely involved with the individual programme, supporting all parties involved. The quality of delivery of programmes is assured by a dedicated team.
