Sparsholt and Andover College offers dozens of different programmes but if what you need is not listed here, we are able to implement a new programme tailored to your business.

There are two levels of apprenticeship: the Intermediate Apprenticeship at Level 2, craftsman level, or an Advanced Apprenticeship at Level 3, supervisory level, which may be suited to an employee who already has qualifications or life experience in the industry.

Refer a Friend and Earn £75

From now until March 2014, any apprentice who refers a friend to an apprenticeship programme will earn £75 as soon as their friend starts their apprenticeship.

The scheme is open to all apprentices based in the south of England, and the friend they refer must be aged between 16 and 18 years of age.

All the details can be found by clicking through here. To claim your reward, simply complete the claim form once your friend has started their apprenticeship, and return it to Aspire Learning who are co-ordinating the scheme. Your Apprenticeship Liaison Officer can help with any details.

Please contact us on 0845 850 0916 for more information.

Apprenticeship of the week - Care

Develop your workforce

At Sparsholt College Hampshire, we believe Apprenticeships are a powerful work force development tool.

Not just for young people, apprenticeship programmes provide the means to train all your staff to develop the academic and technical skills your business needs.

With training facilities at our Sparsholt and Andover campuses, we have the expertise to guide you through a wide range of programmes.

Our philosophy takes a 360 degree view of the programme; supporting the employer, mentoring the apprentice and delivering a quality learning programme.

We achieve this through assigning an Apprenticeship Liaison Officer to every apprentice who will be closely involved with the individual programme, supporting all parties involved. The quality of delivery of programmes is assured by a dedicated team.

Where your business has training needs that may not be suited to an apprenticeship, qualifications and technical certificates may be available through a programme of work based learning. Our team can discuss the options with you.
